This is the oldest stone observation tower in the Northern Black Forest, situated at an elevation of 1,010 meters above sea level. The tower was built in 1880 by the Black Forest Association and has been renovated several times since. With its stone base and wooden, covered observation platform, it offers a splendid view of the Rhine Valley and the peaks of the Northern Black Forest. Access to the tower is free of charge.
